About Us

A Business Park with a Real Sense of Community

Our Story

After growing out of our premises in town, we originally acquired the site where St Austell Business Park now stands as the new headquarters for St Austell Printing Company.  We built out print factory here, with lots of special features to make sure that our demand for energy is reduced, and our building and processes are efficient and sustainable.

We also wanted to make sure that both the print factory, and the area around it, were an inspiring place to work. We then saw a chance to give something back, a chance to help the local economy and a new way to make a difference to local businesses. This quickly evolved into St Austell Business Park. Here, we aimed to create not a soulless set of industrial units, but a special place with a heart. A workplace that is healthy, safe, productive and inspiring. Somewhere everyone can be proud to be based. Funding allowed us to realise our vision.

This ERDF Convergence is supporting a well-established Cornish company in remaining competitive and adding to millions of pounds’ worth of investment that has already been used to encourage and strengthen business in and around St Austell.

A Sense of Community

All our buildings are designed to promote an active sense of community amongst tenants. The courtyard frontage and balcony access are a great location for chance meetings. The modern industrial design  makes the most of natural light and our location high up above St Austell Bay gives us fantastic, wide-open sea views. Our high quality, modern office and workspaces can be tailored to your needs and as a result, we host a wide variety of businesses. We wanted to build the sort of place you’d enjoy coming to, where you would feel happy and healthy, where you can be more productive and inspired to be brilliant – and we like to think we have achieved that.

Our Conference Centre – A Hub for Cornwall’s Business Community

St Austell Business Park is also home to St Austell Conference Centre.  Our conference venue makes the most of its views and location, with bright, open meeting spaces equipped with all the latest technology. Here we can host all types of events from small meetings and training sessions to full scale conferences. All tenants of the Business Park benefit from this additional footfall of visitors from Cornwall’s business community, and of course can also make use of the conference spaces themselves should they be needed.

Located in the Heart of Cornwall

Aside from its incredible views, our location is conveniently located for transport links and connectivity.  We are close to the A30, close to St Austell Train Station, have our own bus stop, plenty of parking, EV charging and a fleet of Beryl Bikes on site. You can even walk here via the Clay Trails, right up to the door. We are also fully connected to the outside world with superfast broadband to every unit.
